Decaf Colombia

Process: Washed, Swiss Water Process

Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Smokey, Molasses

This coffee from Colombia is imported to Canada where it undergoes decaffeination via the Swiss Water Process. This is the only way to decaffeinate coffee without the use of chemicals, and is completely natural. The coffee is suspended in tanks and water is run through the beans in order to remove the caffeine.
