This coffee comes from the green highlands of Peru’s San Martín region. What began as a small group of farmers in La Victoria became the Asociación de Productores Cerro Blanco, or APROCEB, now representing over two hundred families across fifteen communities in Moyobamba province.
Bursting with bright tasting notes like citrus and peach, it is rounded out with milk chocolate notes.
