This Brazilian coffee comes from our friends at Hacea Coffee Importers. It is produced by Cocatrel, one of the largest cooperatives in Brazil with over 7000 members. The direct-trade speciality division is focused on microlots and alternative processing, but also tastes through thousands of samples to create a blend of coffees that fits our target taste profile for the consistent taste profile of our Luzia blend.
